Who we Help?

Rise Minds works with children aged 7–11 whose brilliant minds don't always fit the way school is set up.

Whether your child has a diagnosis or you're still trying to get answers — if they're struggling, you're in the right place.

ADHD

Your child isn't lazy or difficult. Their brain just moves at full speed — and a traditional classroom wasn't built for that. We use movement, structure, and short wins to help children with ADHD stay engaged, feel less frustrated, and actually enjoy learning again.

Autism

Some children need things explained differently, routines they can trust, and a space where there's no pressure to mask. Our sessions are calm, predictable, and built around how your child thinks — not how school expects them to behave.

Dyslexia

Reading and writing feel like a mountain when everyone else seems to find it easy. We work with dyslexic children to rebuild confidence first — because a child who believes they can is already halfway there.

Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm

When emotions get too big, learning shuts down. We help children understand what's happening inside, develop tools to self-regulate, and feel safe enough to take learning risks again.

Dyscalculia

Numbers that won't stick, maths that makes no sense no matter how many times it's explained — sound familiar? We find the approach that actually clicks for your child.

PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance)

Demands feel like threats. Routine can feel suffocating. We work with children who have PDA, not against them — handing over control and letting them lead, so learning becomes something they choose rather than something that's done to them.

Still waiting for a diagnosis?

You don't need a label to come to Rise Minds. If your child is struggling — with school, with emotions, with feeling understood — that's enough. We meet children where they are.
